Following is a quote from Thomas Fink
43.5 boilermaker
This is a combination of two drinks served separately but drunk together:
a shot of spirit or liqueur and 3⁄4 pint of beer. The two are drunk in quick suc-
cession (the shot first, followed by the beer) or mixed together in the form
of a depth charge: the shot glass and its contents are dropped into the beer
and the whole thing is drunk at once. Some popular combinations include:
Traditional 1 shot whiskey 3⁄4 pint beer (lager)
“Carbomb” 1⁄2 shot Jameson + 1⁄2 shot Baileys 3⁄4 pint Guinness
“Jägerbomb” 1 shot Jägermeister 1⁄2 pint Red Bull
Of these, I did jagerbomb
