 Which side... do you "dress"?

Did you know about this meaning of "dressing". I did, it's from bespoke suit-and trouser making.

This is from Acquired Tastes by Peter Mayle... not a very well written book, in industrial journalese... but does have some ideas with regard to tastes to acquire maybe.
