Beer: Disintegration with sea buckthorn and orange

As part of my craft beer appreciation series and beer photography series here is a new beer consumed recently called Disintegration Imperial Sour Ale with Sea Buckthorn and Orange by Big Village Brewery from Krasnodar, South Russia.

It's a great imperial sour ale - and not at all sour!

Great taste, color and even pleasant arrival ... meaning a nice alcohol induced effect not too weak and not over the top, just the right amount for a strong beer (Imperial in craft beer parlance means "strong" or "double").

Brewed by... haha... Kubanoids from Kranodar, Kuban, Russia, - styling themselves Big Village Brewery.

And now I am about to state something that some beer lovers might find unconventional but I am only speaking from experience.

In general, having drunk this beer in particular, and in general more than 100 craft beer varieties over the past 2 years, both domestic and from places like Japan, the Czech Rep, England, the US, Scotland, Belgium, Germany and even Scandinavia, and each time a new one, your correspondent has finally arrived... at the conclusion that Russian craft beer is the best craft beer in the world, by most indicators and in general, by their totality, even though it is pretty much unknown in other beer drinking countries, much to their detriment, I think.

Second place may actually go to Japan, the rest share a wooden spoon in my rankings contrary to much hype, although I am not saying that there are no good medium specimens, but no one is catching the stars from the sky.
