Same evening as the above pictures had this late lunch at Brothers Karavaev delicatessen cafe here in Moscow, Savelovsky Train Terminal area, in case anybody is interested.

March 27, 2023 - lunched out, ordered and was served a poached egg on a slice of Brioche bread with salmon which I term a variety of the Eggs Benedict and some coffee.
Let's call this one a local Moscow variety of the Eggs Benedict though on the menu it was called just poached egg with salmon on a slice of Brioche bread. But maybe the most accurate name is actually Eggs Royal.
Usually it's very little to eat, for me, as can consume and hold lots of gourmet food and drink at a sitting but proved somehow pretty nourishing and satiating for some reason.
The travel guide is where I am planning to go on my next big journey probably this coming summer or the next one definitely if this summer falls through, for now traveling in and around Moscow which is itself like a medium-sized euro country so plenty of places to go and very little time to do.
The place was Cafe Floo at Hlebozavod 9 here in Moscow, a converted bread-making factory with interesting buildings in the style of constructivism.

Those two look like twin towers hopefully they won't be as spectacular in free fall as the other two.
Local version of the twin towers with a third nearby, built recently, hopefully nothing will fly into them or it would be too much coincidence.
I'll see may be they have a restaurant up or down there, so will go dine, see what they look up close.
