Roasted chestnuts from a street vendor...
Saw it, decided to try it. Last time I ate them was so long ago I didn't even remember the taste.
They are pretty large, by taste remind one somewhat of potatoes but sweeter and slightly different. I prefer to add more salt.
Overall, pretty good and apparently healthy, not that I am into healthy eating and stuff.
The chestnuts were large and well-picked, imported and rather expensive RUB 200 per 10 chestnuts. In Russia, we also have locally growing chestnuts but they are known as "horse chestnuts" and, it is said, not recommended for humans to eat.
Paper bag.
Various educatory stuff in Russian about chestnuts, how healthy they are.
Overall, 8/10.
