The Gold Watch - Pulp Fiction (7/12) Movie CLIP (1994) HD

As I said elsewhere, unfortunately this is all I can see in my mind's eye the moment someone recounts a story of a watch passed from father to son, however moving or interesting or deserving of attention it might be.

As a result, I can't empathize anymore with stories of watches as family heirlooms passed through generations.

And yes, I blame Mr Tarantino for that, it wasn't really necessary to write this monologue, was it?

The movie had enough going on as it was, it hardly needed this scene )))

(although I do remember that the watch played an important role in the events depicted so may be it was necessary after all)
