House of Bogart 2
My collection of Jacques Bogart men's fragrances is growing.
With little tubes of after-shave cream.
Here is the state of the House of Bogart in my toilet cupboard subsequent to the new arrivals of One Man Shows.
Left to right: One Man Show Original, One Man Show Emerald Edition, One Man Show Ruby Edition, One Man Show Oud Edition.
Although I am a frequent user of scents nowadays - each time I go out - I have some library of scents and these might actually last me a lifetime (what's left of it which is still plenty).
Wore Oud Edition a couple of times and I have to report that, after a promising beginning with what seemed for a while like notes of pine in the style of Encre Noire, it is not that great and gets worse with time, can be worn but that's about it.
Here is the latest addition to my frag library.
As you can see it's Jacques Bogart One Man Show
Highly concentrated! I am hoping it's something with nuclear projection - you need it in times of Covid-19
One man show - the story of my life!
ETA:
Wore it today.
Underwhelming.
It's a nice enough Chypre scent and it may be highly concentrated but it's not strong enough for me.
It doesn't cover my natural ambre nor does it interact with it pleasantly.
Though I think Bogart (Signature) is better, still, it's by no means bad and is a pleasant if old-fashioned green Chypre type of scent, will be worn for the duration of the bottle at least.
