To celebrate the International Ladies' Day, had to have some nocturnal Aperol Spritz.
You know the recipe, don't you. If you don't the internet is at your service.
Nice easy drinking cocktail. Personally had a full Prosecco bottle and some 2/3 of a 0.75 Aperol's worth without ill effects.
Here is some nice champagne by another name.
Mimosas, orange juice and champagne half and half.
Basically wasted all of the bottle on mimosas after the first couple glasses.
Me, if I drink champagne, I take a 0.75l bottle per meal only.
On May 3, 2023 was again "flaneuring" up and down the Arbat, Old and New, and so here are some pictures.

Not too bad but had no refills for purposes of economy.
However, was not a traditional but a house Negroni - a Cherry and Sake Negroni, and the house was Japanese or some Oriental food leaning.
