Continuing my beer and my beer photography series, and here is some Hitachino Nest Commemorative Ale 2018, two 0.33 L bottles to be precise.

Meet, Hitachino Nest Commemorative Ale 2018 in an autumn garden.

Hello winter, as it's a winter ale.

Commemorative 2018 ale.

Kiuchi (Kiuchi Brewery) is a leading craft brewery in Japan, and Japanese craft is the best in the world (second only to Russian craft beer, in my opinion on this day)...

Malt, coriander, orange peel, nutmeg and cinnamon combine to produce very rich sensations.

But maybe even too rich, at certain times during taste-testing I had to overcome and sip it not gulp it, but still very good.

 

But on the other hand, drinking it produces a very pleasant and even result in terms of alcoholic intoxication.

Definitely will be revisited!

Craft Beers from Auchan, Moscow

In more beer series, here is what you can find, in terms of craft beer, at an Auchan store here in Moscow.

These beers were already consumed with good results at Dacha in June 2019!

English ale - Fuller's London Pride
Belgian Abbots' - St. Bernardus Pater 6
Belgian Abbots' Wit - St. Bernardus Wit

All are well known and highly rated in the craft beer world, if not maybe the very top.

Schneider Weisse Beers!

As part of my craft beer exploration, have been stocking up on Schneider Weisse beers!

Here they are in a group photo!

Pictured here in my beer kitchen where I drink beers in winter; in summer my preference is to consume beers outdoors.

I think I managed to get all varieties available to buy here in Moscow, Russia, but not necessary the whole Schneider Weisse line-up; I think two or three are missing.

Full house (almost)!

And here they are in order of appearance.

First, I got these two Tap 1 and Tap 7. 

Schneider Weisse Tap 1 Meine helle Weisse and Schneider Weisse Tap 7 Mein Original.

Then I got these two, Tap 5 and Tap 2.

Schneider Weisse Tap 5 Meine Hopfenweisse and Schneider Weisse Tap 2 Mein Kristall.

Schneider Weisse Tap 5 Meine Hopfenweisse is the only Schneider beer I have tried so far but it's already one of my absolute favorites - it's a hopped weissbier.

November and December 2018 Beer Report

Here is my beer report for the months of November and December in the year 2018 focusing mainly on craft beers.

Since November and December 2018 happened already a long time ago - last year! - I am mainly going to concentrate on providing pictorial evidence while restraining myself to the most basic like/dislike impressions but I will rate beers out of 5.

November and December 2018 beer is kitchen beer, so here goes.

Tsingtao Stout.

Liked this one, 3/5. On ratebeer also rated highly.

Looks good too, color and foam-wise.

Salden's Milkshake DIPA with Mango Puree.

The best in this report, so all of 3.95/5. Salden's is a Russian microbrewery.

Bakunin Salty Dog Gose.
