This movie is 25 years old this year, and I just watched first time this week.
Nice but nothing really new.
This has been done, if not before, certainly since.
But probably before too.
Maybe worth a viewing though.
Frogs are calling because it's that time of the year, aka early summer, when they have to answer certain calls of nature.
More pictorial evidence of frogs making mating calls
Edward Hopper next.
Aim to do a couple of post on Edward Hopper illustrating them with pictures of Hopper paintings pulled from the 'net.

In My Restaurants, here is a report on another Moscow eating-out experience, in this case, in a cafe at one of the stores of the Azbuka Vkusa chain where your correspondent / photography had a quick lunch some time ago.
It
is interesting that in 2009 the average bill was up to 200 rubles...
and now the cheapest coffee will be 200 rubles, and the average bill
goes well over 1000 rubles...
Waiting for my order.
I must say that now, in connection with the closure of McDonald's outlets, this is quite an alternative, they can also make a burger there, although it will be more expensive, of course
There is even table service.
Two-in-one chicken burrito and a coffee, and a tuna sandwich on rye bread
Not exactly "mouth watering" but eatable nonetheless.
Coffee is very good for you ... much more healthy than, say, tea, but you need to drink a lot of it - more than 5 cups of strong coffee a day to achieve a positive effect.

An important date is upon us.
April 5, 2022 marks 45 years since the start of production of the VAZ-2121 Niva SUV, the first ever SUV in the world, which is now known as LADA NIVA Legend.
Since then almost 2.5 million cars have been manufactured, of which 700,000 were exported to more than 100 countries.
And here are promo pictures of the Lada Niva from the yesteryear.
This is the current version, Lada Niva Legend, I believe.
Below are historic pics.
