Well dressed chest in M-65 and suit November edition

Lots of sprezza on this one... and none is studied - all natural...

An M-65 type coat combined with a suit Bruce Boyer style. The M-65 here is an approximation by Propper, not current though but of some 10 to 15 years ago, which is better, and closer to the original, not that I am a huge fan of the M-65 in particular but it has its uses.

What's good for Mr. Bruce Boyer, Esq., is surely good enough for me.

In case you didn't recognize the character, am posing here as Tommy Angelo from Mafia: Definitive Edition but mainly only due to my face obscuration image.

New in Own Scent Library: Burberry London

 Here is a new scent in my scent collection, Burberry London.

 

 I tried it in a store and liked it enough to buy, also bought because it is somehow on my list of scents to try, which I keep on my Russian blog, though I don't remember exactly how and why it got there.

 

Like I said I liked after tried it at the store but yet to wear it day-to-day.

But I don't think I'll be disappointed.

It's nice enough but without artsy-fartsy sophistication which is not a bad thing.

The bottle has a nice England-themed textile wrap... but as to the textile, we have our own not less characteristic.

 

 Reviews on basenotes are overwhelmingly positive.

My Parfum Library: Encre Noire от Lalique

Here is a February 2020 addition to my library of scents: Encre Noire by Lalique.

  Bought in February 2020, but the bottle has not been used up yet.

First impressions weren't much.

In particular, it didn't seem very strong but rather weak and there was not much interaction with myself.

Later, the impressions changed a bit more favorably.

 

Here it is with a wristwatch. 

You could say that the watch dial is also noir(e).

And here we go again, but this time from the very beginning.

CK Everyone - meh
Encre Noire - 100 ml of juniper water, kind of, with hints of a smothered bonfire, but grew to like in a limited way eventually
Gucci Guilty - think there is potential for wearing it as far as I am concerned, must try a full bottle, funds permitting
